Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, the Lessee shall, within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification from the Lessor, remit all outstanding amounts, including accrued interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, failing which the Lessor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement forthwith.
